The York Room is named in honor of Alvin Cullum York (December 13, 1887 – September 2, 1964), a man from rural Tennessee who became one of the most decorated United States Army soldiers of World War I

The York Room is a bright, professional space for conference and lunch meetings, with shiplap walls and a storefront window. The comfortable farm table seats six to eight people and includes the many amenities available at The Lodge Franklin.

Cameron Room

Ewen Cameron was the first European settler to construct a cabin on the land that would become the city of Franklin. Like many of the members of The Lodge Franklin, he was a pioneer and carved a place in Franklin for his family with his own hands. This room is named in honor of the spirit of the pioneer, as seen in Ewen Cameron and all the courageous men and women who settled – and continue to settle – this land.

The Cameron Room boasts two walls of windows and a farm table that seats six to eight people, and includes the many amenities available at The Lodge Franklin.

McGavock Hall

The largest of the rooms at The Lodge Franklin is McGavock Hall, named after Carrie McGavock, a Civil War heroine and the "Widow of the South." Carrie's compassion drove her to bring the Battle of Franklin’s wounded – both from the South and the North – into her home, despite great costs to her family. McGavock Hall honors her unwavering service to the sons of this country during the most divisive war in our nation's history.

McGavock Hall is a great, open space, with salvaged steel and Tennessee barnwood-framed walls, concrete floors, pendant lights and an 8-foot industrial chandelier custom designed by Franklin's own Bjon Pankratz. The built-in bar is ideal for large events, and the two large doors can be opened to the outside when weather permits. The textured canvas of McGavock Hall provides the perfect backdrop for any large event.
