The Milton Parlor

The Milton Parlor is a cozy room with two overstuffed chairs, a buffet table and a bright chandelier. The space is ideal for two people and is primarily used for one-on-one interviews and private phone calls.

The york room

The York Room is a bright, professional space for conference and lunch meetings, with shiplap walls and a storefront window. The comfortable farm table seats six to eight people and includes the many amenities available at The Lodge Franklin.

In honor of Ewen Cameron

Like many of the members of The Lodge Franklin, he was a the first European pioneer to carve a place in Franklin for his family with his own hands. This room is named in honor of the spirit of the pioneer.

The Cameron Room boasts two walls of windows and a farm table that seats six to eight people. This room includes a large and mobile monitor for presentations, a dry erase board and includes the other many amenities available at The Lodge Franklin.

McGavock Hall

McGavock Hall is a great, open space, with seating available with a max capacity of 150.

McGavock Hall is a great, open space, with salvaged steel and Tennessee barnwood-framed walls, concrete floors, pendant lights and an 8-foot industrial chandelier custom designed by Franklin's own Bjon Pankratz. The built-in bar is ideal for large events, and the two large doors can be opened to the outside when weather permits. The textured canvas of McGavock Hall provides the perfect backdrop for any large event.

The Lodge Main

A multi-use rustic industrial space with a max capacity of 50 occupants.

The Lodge Main is the main house on the property. The modern farmhouse feel is both welcoming and elegant, with white shiplap lining the walls and rustic industrial chandeliers hung throughout. From our farm tables to our leather Chesterfield sofa and plush velvet chairs, all of the Lodge Main's furnishings are included in the rental rate. This warm and welcoming space is perfect for your more intimate corporate gathering.
